Circular from C J B Cooke in 1912 on the use or abuse of the newly installed lineside system. Presumably this refers to Station to Station type of communication rather than at a single site. Wonder if his complaint refers to restriction of line use because the system was installed for operational reasons only or because it had limited capacity
Notice he signs himself Cooke rather than Bowen-Cooke.
