Circulars from H D Earl in 1893 on privilege tickets. First one a complaint about
handwriting perhaps and correctly filling out forms. The second on travelling in work clothes.
Interestingly it suggests foremen were issuing first class tickets to workers from the locomotive department, were they
on company business or personal travel.
Notice that despite these circulars issued within a two months of each other the forms have different identifiers,
were they typed by different clerks, each having their private stash of blanks ?
